KG-FERM Gas Analyser

Kbiotech offers a portable modular gas analyzer for laboratory installations, stainless steel pilot plants and also on industrial skids.

The gas analyzer can be used for the analysis of exhaust gases from bioreactors, fermenters, storage and process tanks, flasks and laboratory shakers.

The KG-FERM version is available with single or double channel for parallel Gas analysis.

The gas analyzer has 4-20mA or Modbus analog output to be interfaced with KBiotech controllers and software, but also with those of other brands.

The gases available are the following:
O2, CO2, CH4, CO

Kbiotech Bioflex Software also allows online data recording as well as data analysis and data processing. It is also possible to input calculation formulas to measure the respiratory and consumption quotients relative to your process, such as OUR, OTR and more.
